With the QUANTUM QXE series, ESX offers a sonically high-quality and visually appealing speaker series that has a number of highlights to offer. The innovative composite polypropylene diaphragms with carbon reinforcement are further reinforced in the component systems by dust caps made of very stable fiberglass. Result: high sonic neutrality and low distortion. Extremely powerful magnet drivers ensure a very high efficiency of up to 90 dB/W/m. This in turn results in clean bass with plenty of dynamics. The 25 or 30 mm voice coils in all models ensure high power handling in combination with the powerful magnets, as the magnets ensure good heat dissipation. The compact crossovers are separated for the bass and treble circuits and are easy and hassle-free to install. The whole thing is rounded off by the 25 mm fabric tweeters, which provide a very clear and brilliant sound without being overpowering.
