ESX-QXB8

The QUANTUM QXB bass reflex enclosures impress with their very compact design. With a terminal impedance of 2+2 Ω each, the subwoofer can also be operated in 4 Ω or even 1 Ω to get the maximum out of the amplifier. Thanks to the large voice coils (50 mm in the QXB6 and 64 mm in the QXB8 and the new QXB10 model), these subwoofers are designed not only for dynamic bass levels but also for high power and can be operated with more powerful amps. Thanks to the flat construction, the new QXB enclosures find the right place in almost any vehicle. With an enclosure height of just 16 cm, the QXB6 box can even fit in a double floor in the trunk or, for example, behind the seat. The included protective grilles optimally protect the woofers in all models. Optionally, feet can also be mounted on the QXB6 and QXB8 boxes, allowing them to be used as downfire enclosures. This allows the top side to serve as a shelf in the trunk, while the subwoofer "fires" downwards.
