The new VMX701DAB media receiver succeeds the successful VMX700DAB, which quickly established itself as the most popular ESX media receiver with several thousand units sold. The new generation was specifically developed on this proven basis. A new, more powerful chipset, combined with the latest Linux operating system, ensures faster response times and even smoother operation. DAB+ and USB playback during navigation with Apple CarPlay® or Android Auto™ is also new. Navigation prompts are displayed automatically. The device can be operated via the high-resolution 7-inch touchscreen and the convenient volume control knob. Bluetooth® hands-free calling and audio streaming complete the extensive equipment.
One of the particular strengths of the VMX701DAB is the wireless smartphone connection via Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. The familiar smartphone interfaces are displayed clearly on the 7-inch display and can be operated conveniently and intuitively. The VMX701DAB impresses with its extensive equipment and versatile connection options. In addition to an integrated amplifier with 4 x 80 watts of music power, it features a digital sound processor including time alignment.
