Conceptually completely oversized and equipped with every possible feature, our EXCURSION XXX offers merciless fun and deep-bass power. This will put your vehicle to a very tough test, just as it has successfully done in competitions, with record results up to world championships. Even in our small 8" Baby Boss, a centering system was engineered using three component layers to keep these extraordinary excursions under control within the indestructible XXX long-throw basket. Typical of the brand, the usual cheap pressure-spring terminals were omitted and replaced with massive double 10mm² high-current busbars and grub screws for perfect hold under the most extreme operating conditions. Furthermore, the Hollywood ENERGETIC HPST8 (10mm² double busbar) is available in the accessory range, allowing the XXX to be perfectly connected to up to 8x 10mm² cable leads. The 2.5mm² strands, carefully woven into the centering system, were also doubled to ensure that all the applied power is routed through all 8 strands to the 6-layer aluminum flat-wire coil. The XXX flat-wire coil has a correspondingly high winding height of 45mm for this purpose, which receives its necessary cooling through ventilation openings in the upper area of the former and below the dust cap. 3 fat and high-quality 6" magnet discs form a drive motor with a total of 350oz of pure power and drive the recessed Kraft Pulp membrane from one end of the maximum excursion to the other. Thanks to its carbon fiber inserts, it retains its full stability, and thanks to the high-quality oversized corrugations, it does not leave its orbit. Finally, for the visual illustration of these long-throw paths, we designed a 3-dimensional dust cap that symbolically shows who is boss in this trunk.
