When replacing factory speakers, inexpensive plastic adapter rings for the vehicle-specific mounting openings are usually used. These often thin-walled adapters are not particularly sturdy and, due to their lack of mass, do not provide high-quality speakers with the necessary support or stability to operate cleanly. Another unpleasant side effect is the sound transmission and the "vibration" of the plastic ring, resulting in a loss of sound quality. Milled MDF adapters are somewhat better, but they can swell over time because the MDF wood in the vehicle doors is exposed to high humidity and cold. Ultimately, they no longer provide optimal support for the speakers. However, anyone looking for the perfect adaptation for their new high-end speakers will now find it at MUSWAY.

The MUSWAY adapter rings impress with their high build quality right out of the box, as the substantial weight of the solid aluminum mounting rings feels extremely solid and heavy in the hand. On the underside is a foam ring bonded all around, which provides an optimal seal between the adapter ring and the vehicle sheet metal. Brilliant: Solid brass nuts have been incorporated into the aluminum adapter ring under the seal. These provide the included M4 threaded screws with perfect support for mounting the speaker. When the MSR adapter rings are also combined with the MSB165 silicone cuffs, ideal "working conditions" are created for the speakers. Nothing stands in the way of audiophile sound enjoyment.

Thanks to the use of high-quality aluminum, the MSR adapter rings are also well protected against corrosion and, thanks to their robust construction, retain their shape even in moisture and cold, thus also providing good protection for the embedded speakers.
